Eat Snow
21. Prompt – Snowball fight
Fandom – Star Wars Sequel Trilogy
Ship – Rey & Ben Solo, Rey & Finn, Rey & Poe Dameron
Title – Eat Snow
It was silly, laughing out in the snow like a bunch of children when there were so many things that needed to be dealt with inside the base. But when Poe realized that Finn and Rey had never had a chance to really enjoy the snow, he’d dragged them and several other Resistance members out into the cold to play.
Soon battle lines were drawn, forts were built, and snowballs were flying.
It was all laughter and good-natured teasing until a massive dark figure exited one of the buildings and began to trudge his way through the snow toward another. Ben Solo had followed Rey back from Exegol and joined the Resistance nearly half-a-year ago, but people were still cautious and a little frightened of him.
Out of nowhere, Poe’s cry of “Eat snow, Solo!” split the air. A snowball flew straight toward Ben’s face, only to be stopped in midair by an invisible burst of the Force.
No one moved.
Then, with a wave of his hand, Ben sent the snowball back toward Poe. By the time anyone could react, Ben had thrown himself behind the closest snow fort and began gathering his own ammunition. “You’re going down, Dameron!”
